Psychic Insight

Horoscope-Taurus

Venus retrograde is a time for inner reflection rather than direct action. From March until April you should break away from the stresses and demands of every day life. Take time each day to meditate (at least 10 minutes a day) and clear your mind. During the 2017 Venus Retrograde you should ask yourself what values are important to you? Ponder your personal ethics during mediation. Reflect on providing examples of how you live out your life in representing your personal values and ethics.

Venus in the 12th house is an excellent opportunity to explore your spirituality. Consider whether your spirituality has grown with your personal morals and values. Are they sync or divergent? From March 4th through April 15th, consider how you can strengthen your spiritual values with your daily practices. If there are deficiencies think of a plan to mitigate that gap and bring your spiritual values in alignment with your spiritual practices. Now is not the time to find a new church or study group. For now, you want to explore, investigate, and plan. Wait until Venus goes direct after April 15th to make any changes.

Venus retrograde tends to bring out our awareness of how we’re different from others around us. For a Taurus ascendant, this is especially true when it comes to relations that revolve around our spiritual development. This is a good time to determine whether you’re surrounded by like-minded people and whether you need to establish new relationships. Remember, it’s not necessarily a bad thing to be surrounded by those with differing spiritual opinions. However, they should be challenging, transformative, and constructive. During the retrograde, you’ll easily be able to discern those spiritual relationships, which are negative, toxic, and not contributing to your spiritual philosophy.

Remember, from March 4th to April 15th is a time of evaluating spiritual relationships, reflection and planning. You’ll be more successful at building your spiritual value strengthening spiritual relationships, and realigning or cutting negative or toxic relationships after April 15th.  For now focus on connecting with those who inspire you spiritually. Have you lost connection with a former mentor, counselor, or pastor? Now would be an excellent time to send them a “hello, how are you doing” note.

Venus detriment in Aries may enhance your egotism a little bit, which isn’t a bad time during this retrograde. Venus yielding to Mars will allow you to know exactly what you want. Your challenge is to recognize what others bring to the table. A challenging viewpoint helps us grow and can be extremely constructive. This retrograde will afford you the perfect opportunity to easily discern toxic from constructive relationships.

House 12 Rider-Ring-Key

Rider-Ring-Key in the 12th House with Retrograde Venus is very fortuitous in the evolution of your spiritual values. The rider indicates that a new person or influence is coming into your life. The ring suggests that this new person will develop into a relationship. Meanwhile the key indicates that this relationship and person will be of a spiritual nature and will likely be significant to your development. Make sure you take the time to listen and reflect on the words spoken to you during this Retrograde and gauge how these can help shape your spiritual outlook.

Mars in Rulership occupying the 12th house opposes Retrograde Jupiter in Libra occupying the 6th house.  Be careful of any type of extremist religious views. Try to reconcile views that are different from your own, but don’t feel obligated to follow one path. Forge your own path and formulate values and viewpoints that make sense to you and give you a sense of security.

House 6 Bouquet-Heart-Letter

Temperaments may run a little hot right now between you and coworkers. Evaluate your relationships with your coworkers. While you might not have the authority to rid yourself of coworkers, nor the opportunity to change jobs you do have the ability to set boundaries. We spend so much time with our coworkers that sometimes it’s easy to blur boundaries from professionalism to personal relationships. During this retrograde you’ll be able to evaluate these boundaries. If you decide to reestablish or draw a new boundary, you’ll be ready to take action after April 15th when Venus goes direct.

Bouquet-Heart-Letter in the 6th House with Jupiter opposing Mars emphasizes the need to connect with coworkers on different levels of communication. If verbal communications are at discord, you might try giving a small gesture or token of appreciation to the coworker. Nothing extravagant or expensive—sometimes a simple “thank you, I appreciate that you do XWZ,” can go along way at easing any tensions with coworkers. Thanksgiving isn’t once a year, but should be all year-round. Try reviving this spirit during the Venus retrograde.
